In 1987, Rosa and Miguel Fuentes left Oaxaca with two suitcases and a worn recipe book. They found Lancaster — and Lancaster found its favorite table.

Casa Milagro has fed three generations of families, fueled Friday night celebrations, and kept the soul of Mexico alive in Pennsylvania Dutch country. Every dish is still made the way Rosa taught us.
